Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Studiumly Austria ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and a student or alumnus at an Austrian university to create a seller account. Buyers may be any registered user.

3. Listings and content

Sellers are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and quality of the materials they upload. You may only upload content you own or have explicit permission to distribute. Reproductions of copyrighted textbooks, exam questions provided under NDA, or any material that violates third-party rights are strictly prohibited and will be removed.

4. Payments and fees

Digital products and external resources are paid for through Studiumly's checkout, processed by our payment provider. Studiumly retains a platform fee of 5% of each successful sale; the remaining 95% is credited to the seller's balance. Second-hand books and tutoring services carry no Studiumly fee — buyers and sellers arrange payment directly between themselves. Payouts to sellers are processed manually on request, subject to a minimum payout threshold and identity verification.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Uploading malware, illegal or infringing content.
  • Manipulating ratings, reviews or sales counters.
  • Sharing downloaded files with third parties.
  • Circumventing the platform to avoid commission.

7. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Outstanding seller balances will be paid out subject to applicable laws and verification.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, Studiumly Austria is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna.
